Backup4all comes in three editions: Professional, Standard and Lite Edition. Professional is the full edition with all features enabled, while Standard and Lite are the limited-functionality editions. For more information about the differences between Professional, Standard and Lite editions see the feature matrix. Backup4all Portable is a mobile edition of Backup4all that can be installed and used only on portable devices (such as USB sticks, portable hard drives, ...).

Software delivery Clicking the "Buy Now" buttons above will redirect you to a secure order page of one of our eCommerce service providers: Plimus or Shareit. Delivery time of your licenses depends on the payment method used:
  • For credit card payments, licenses will be delivered via email after the validation of your credit card (no more than 48 hours after you place your order).
  • For PayPal payments, licenses are delivered via email in up to 48 hours. Please note that only Shareit supports PayPal payments. Select Shareit in the "Buy from" drop-down to pay via Paypal.
  • For wire transfer payments, licenses are delivered via email after receipt of funds (3-4 days).
  • For local bank transfers, licenses are delivered via email after the receipt of money (5-7 days).
You will receive one key for each ordered license. If you want to purchase multiple licenses and you want to receive a single key, visit the Small & Medium Business section.

Backup4all is delivered through ESD (electronic software delivery), meaning you will receive an email with the instructions to download and register it, so no physical deliveries. However, if you want you can order a CD that contains the setup for Backup4all. Note that this only contains the setup for Backup4all, same one that can be downloaded from the Download section, it does not contain the registration key. The registration key is received by email when ordering from the above links.

Registration After purchasing Backup4all you will receive your registration key(s). To register your copy of the program, follow the instructions below:
  1. Open Backup4all
  2. Go to the Help menu and open Register.
  3. In the Register Backup4all window click on Register, copy and paste the registration name and registration key exactly as you received them in the registration email.
  4. Click on the Register button to finish this process. A "Backup4all is now Registered. Thank you" message window will confirm that the registration was successful.

For companies that want to purchase multiple licenses and easily deploy them in their network, we provide single keys to use on multiple computers (MC) and MSI setups. This means that when purchasing 50 licenses, instead of receiving 50 different keys you will receive a single one. Network administrators can install Backup4all on a single computer and register using the same network registration key. All workstations can run the application from there. All prices are in USD.

Software delivery

Small & Medium Business licenses have to be generated manually so the delivery time of your licenses is 2 business days after the payment is received.

You will receive a single registration key that can be used on multiple computers (up to the number of licenses purchased). If you want to purchase more than 1000 licenses, visit the Large Enterprise Business section.

Registration After purchasing Backup4all you will receive your registration key(s). To register your copy of the program, follow the instructions below:

There are three types of site licenses: Regional, Country and Worldwide site license. It's easy to choose which one is suitable given that all relate to where your company has the offices Backup4all will be used into. Each license type mentioned below is available for all Backup4all editions (Lite, Standard, Professional and Portable).

Regional license means that unlimited copies of Backup4all can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity, whose offices are located within the borders of one statoid (defined as a "major administrative division of your country" – such as state, province, region, governorate, prefecture, district). For instance if you are an US based company that has offices only in the state of Texas, you can purchase one regional license and anyone in your company can use Backup4all.

Country license means that unlimited copies of Backup4all can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity whose offices are within the borders of one country. For example if your company has 100 offices in USA and you buy one country license, anyone within your company can use Backup4all.

Worldwide license means that unlimited copies of Backup4all can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity with offices all over the world. For instance if your company has offices in 20 countries and you buy one worldwide license, anyone within your company can use Backup4all.
